We’d like to present version 26.4 of our email archiving software MailStore Server, the MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE), MailStore Gateway, MailStore Home and MailStore Cloud, which is now available.

New Features in MailStore Server and the MailStore SPE Version 26.4

                                                                                                                    Version 26.4 is a maintenance update which generally improves the
integration with Microsoft 365 and other IMAP-based email systems.

Graph API Improvements
Integration with Microsoft 365 via the Microsoft Graph API has been further optimized. The API client now handles temporary restrictions and delays with Microsoft 365 services more robustly. For instance, timeouts can be configured more flexibly, making archiving via the Graph API more stable and reliable overall. These improvements are particularly relevant in light of the ongoing phase-out of Exchange Web Services (EWS).

IMAP Export Improvements
The processing of large IMAP exports has been further improved. Optimizations to the IMAP import process enhance stability and reliability, particularly when archiving large mailboxes and large volumes of data. This allows even larger exports to be processed more efficiently and reduces potential interruptions during archiving.

Gateway Service on .NET 10
MailStore Gateway has been updated to use .NET 10, ensuring compatibility with the latest platform framework.

Further Improvements and Bug Fixes
In addition, we have updated integrated 3^rd party libraries and made other minor improvements.
