New Features in MailStore Version 26.1

With MailStore 26.1, you can look forward to the following new features:

Forwarding Archived Messages

With MailStore Cloud V26.1, users have the option to restore previously archived emails. Users can forward archived emails as attachments to an email in Web Access. An MS365 mailbox must be configured as the sender.

New Archiving Option: Mailbox Archiving by Message Date

Administrators can look forward to a new archiving option. Archiving from mailboxes can be restricted to emails of a certain age. For example, emails that are older than 10 years could be excluded from archiving. This prevents the archiving of email data that has already fulfilled its legal retention period.

Notifications for MailStore Cloud Status

Partners and customers can register at https://status.opentext.com/ and activate notifications for MailStore Cloud to be informed about downtimes or planned maintenance work and updates.
Here’s how it works: Simply click on the “SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES” button, enter your email address, and confirm by clicking on “SUBSCRIBE VIA EMAIL.” Then, all you have to do is check the box next to MailStore Cloud and click on “SAVE” at the bottom of the page. You will receive an email from noreply@statuspage.io asking you to confirm your registration.
