We’d like to present a new version of our email archiving software today: Version 25.4 of MailStore Server, the MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE), MailStore Gateway and MailStore Home is now available.

New Features in MailStore Version 25.4

With MailStore 25.4, you can look forward to improved auditing, a new export method, support for Microsoft Exchange Server SE and several other new features and improvements.

Improved Auditing

The MailStore audit log is important for security audits and helps compliance officers verify that the archiving system is configured correctly and used in line with laws and regulations, such as GoBD and GDPR. With MailStore V25.4, we have added an export and delete feature for the internal audit log. Regular exports and backups of audit logs maximize data protection and help auditors analyze the data. Once exported logs can optionally be removed to save disk space.

New Export Method

A new export profile enables the export of selected archives as signed and zipped EML files. This facilitates secure data migrations to other MailStore solutions including the original archive dates. Digital signatures protect the exported emails from manipulation. Watch out for other MailStore product announcements.
