New Features in MailStore Version 25.3
With MailStore 25.3, you can look forward to indexing of digital invoice formats and a new SMTP connection type for Microsoft 365.
1. MailStore Indexes E-invoice Formats
E-invoices sent by email have always been able to be archived with MailStore. Digital invoice formats such as ZUGFeRD or XRechnung are now fully indexed in MailStore V25.3 to make it easier to find e-invoices in the archive using the search function. 2. New SMTP Connection Type With OAuth2 for Microsoft 365
Microsoft 365 users can look forward to a new SMTP connection type in MailStore V25.3. The new SMTP connection type supports OAuth2 authentication for sending emails via Microsoft 365. The previous βStandardβ setting will no longer be supported from September 2025.
3. Further Improvements for Increased Security and Usability
In order to continue offering the highest level of security, some third-party components have been updated in MailStore version 25.3. In addition, the validity period of new certificates for the Microsoft 365 Entra ID integration has been increased to 10 years and some bugs have been fixed. In MailStore V25.3, the email client Windows Live Mail is no longer supported and other components that are no longer required have been removed.
Updated Certification: Meeting Data Privacy Requirements
As usual, the latest version of our software, Version 25.3 of MailStore Server and the MailStore SPE, has been certified by an independent data privacy expert.
The certification takes into account all relevant aspects of the EuropeanΒ General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and affirms that, when used appropriately, both MailStore Server and the MailStore SPE meet all the requirements governing the processing of personal data set out in the GDPR. As soon as it is available you can request a copy of the official GDPR audit certificate fromΒ sales@mailstore.com.
