MailStore Version 25.3: Enhanced Indexing for E-Invoices and OAuth2 Support for SMTP Connections with Microsoft 365

We’d like to present a new version of our email archiving software today: Version 25.3 of MailStore Server, the MailStore Service Provider Edition (SPE) and MailStore Home is now available.

New Features in MailStore Version 25.3

With MailStore 25.3, you can look forward to indexing of digital invoice formats and a new SMTP connection type for Microsoft 365.

MailStore Indexes E-invoice Formats

E-invoices sent by email have always been able to be archived with MailStore. Digital invoice formats such as ZUGFeRD or XRechnung are now fully indexed in MailStore V25.3 to make it easier to find e-invoices in the archive using the search function.
