If there\u2019s one skill that every business needs, it\u2019s\u00a0resilience: the ability to predict, recover and withstand any business challenges to ensure that customers are happy, and businesses keep operating. This is not down to just one person \u2013 in every business there are every day resilience super heroes who do their part in making this happen. However, every hero has an Achilles heel \u2013 a particular skill or blind spot that needs to be looked after.<\/p>\n
