Here\u2019s a quick look at what\u2019s new in MDaemon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OneDrive Integration for MDaemon Webmail<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>MDaemon Webmail users can now view their Microsoft OneDrive folders and files. They can also upload, download, copy, move, delete and even view files.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Settings Search for MDaemon Webmail &amp; Remote Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The new\u00a0Settings\u00a0Search feature allows administrators and end users to search for an MDaemon configuration setting or Webmail feature without having to remember which configuration screen to navigate to.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Connecting IP Address Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Connecting IP address lists have been added to the SMTP Screening menu located under the Security Manager. Saving the IP addresses of SMTP\/IMAP\/POP login attempts so new and previously-failed IPs can be reported is now optional.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dynamic Screening Improvements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Instead of freezing an account when it has failed authentication too many times, it is added to the new Blocked Account List. Blocked accounts can still log in from Trusted IPs and IPs on the Dynamic Allow List. Accounts on the Exempt Account List will not be added to the Blocked Account List.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Management of Password Recovery Email Addresses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Both administrators and end users can now manage password recovery email\u00a0addresses. When a user needs login assistance, these alternate email addresses will be used to communicate with the user to initiate password changes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auto-populate of MDaemon Instant Messenger Buddy Lists<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Administrators can now automatically populate users\u2019\u00a0MDaemon Instant Messenger\u00a0buddy lists.<\/p>\n<pre>Other New MDaemon Features &amp; Improvements<\/pre>\n<ul>\n<li>ActiveSync Folder Exclusions\u00a0(previously only available for individual clients) are now available\u00a0at the Global, Domain, Client\u00a0Type and Account level.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>The\u00a0ActiveSync Migration Client now supports OAUTH for migrations from Office 365.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Remote Administration<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>New settings have been added\u00a0to block HTML images in spam messages\u00a0for MDaemon Webmail users. When this setting is enabled, Webmail users will not be able to see remote images in messages, and the images will also be blocked when replying to or forwarding a message.<\/li>\n<li>WebAuthn\u00a0(passwordless authentication)\u00a0management tools\u00a0have been added to Remote Administration.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>MDaemon Webmail<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In the MDaemon Webmail Pro theme, we&#8217;ve added a &#8220;Recall&#8221; icon in the message list for messages in the Sent Items folder to make it easier for users to recall a sent message.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0The option to display attachments in the message list\u00a0(when using the multiline view) has been added to MDaemon Webmail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>MDaemon Email Server 24.5 has been released, with new features that benefit administrators and end-users.
